How to Use the Interval Timer

Set up your high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions with ease:

  1. βš™οΈ Configure Settings:
    • Exercise Time: Enter how long each work interval should last (in seconds).
    • Rest Time: Enter how long each rest interval should last (in seconds). Can be 0.
    • Number of Sets: Define how many full exercise/rest cycles you want to complete.
  2. ▢️ Start Timer: Click "Start Workout". The timer will begin with the first exercise interval.
  3. πŸ”„ Follow Phases: The timer will automatically switch between Exercise and Rest phases, counting down each set. A sound will indicate phase changes.
  4. ⏸️ Pause/Resume: Control the timer as needed.
  5. πŸ” Reset: Stop the current session and return to settings, or restart with the same settings.
  6. 🏁 Completion: A message will confirm when your workout is complete.

Tip: Ensure your device's volume is up to hear the sound cues!
